    The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA), often referred to as HR , was enacted in and amended in and 18 U.S. Code §§ B & C allows qualified Law Enforcement officers (LEOs) and qualified retired LEOs (RLEOs) or those separated from service in good standing to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of state or local laws. Prior to the adoption of any rule or regulation which seeks to further regulate matters established by section forty of chapter one hundred and thirty-one or regulations authorized thereunder relative to agricultural or aquacultural practice, the commission shall, no later than seven days prior to the commission's public hearing on the adoption.
